2006-2008 Legal advisers to the Bank of Ghana (under a USAID grant) for the review of regulatory framework for non-bank financial institutions for the Bank of Ghana and drafting of new Bill for the Bank of Ghana in 2007. The Bill has subsequently been passed in the Non-Bank Financial institutions Act of 2008 (Act 774)
2006-2008 Legal advisers to the Bank of Ghana (under a USAID grant) for drafting of a Borrowers and Lenders Bill to strengthen the legal regime for credit relationships
2005-2006 Legal advisers to International Finance Corporation drafting of a Credit Reporting Bill for the Bank of Ghana to provide a regime for licensing credit bureaus and for credit reporting. The Bill was promulgated as the credit Reporting Act of 2007 (Act 726)
2005-2006 Coordinated regulatory developments in the telecom sector through a USAID grant. Worked with a team of local experts to draft a new National Communications Authority Bill, the Electronic Communications Bill, the Electronic Transactions Bill and the National Information Technology Agency Bill, for the Ministry of Communications
2005-2006 Coordinated policy and regulatory developments in natural gas in Ghana through a USAID grant. Worked with a team of local advisers to advise the Ministry of Energy, the Energy Commission, and the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission, on an appropriate policy and regulatory framework for the a natural gas secondary market to be sourced from the West African Pipeline
